We start by pairing our own valuable driving experience with an LXShocks handmade titanium chassis (which we further customize during the build). From that point, we focus on performance and select the best possible performing components for the build. We regularly modify existing systems to increase performance, bringing the hotrod spirit down to a smaller scale. If you would like a fully custom DriveFPV built chassis, it will significantly add to the price.

This build includes the afforementioned, custom CAD design service, exotic materials such as carbon fiber, titanium fabrication, 3rd party manufacturing service, and well over 100 hours labor. We dedicate research, design and testing time to each build; ensuring it rolls out of the shop as 1 of the most sought after RC’s in the world. We don’t stop at the data sheets, as we know those who are born to go fast also love to look good doing it. We make sure our work is absolute kryptonite to a mechanical set of eyes…

During the build we blueprint everything. We take apart servos and motors to shim them, weatherproof bearings, shim gearboxes, finish surfaces, and seal cases. We may also liquid lube gearboxes or differentials if their design and application permits. We add hydrophobic venting to cases and enclosures which eliminates bearing seals blowing out due to pressure.

Each build is rigorously field tested and tuned, ensuring the bugs are worked out for you. After testing and tuning, we will fully clean, inspect, and prep the vehicle for you.

Want a reliable high quality FPV Car but don’t want to deal with all the technical details and nuances of the setup? We can do full FPV conversions for most 1/10 scale and larger RC cars. A deluxe full conversion would include the following:

DJI 04 Pro camera and VTX (DriveFPV weatherproofed)

DJI Goggles 3 (Fully setup and linked) Customer may downgrade to Goggles N3 for a lower price. Later on Customer can purchase Goggles 3 for the highest performance and keep the Goggles N3 for passenger viewing.

XF Robot C20t Gimbal (DriveFPV weatherproofed main board)

Radiomaster MT12 tarnsmaitter with ELRS, and 8 channel receiver (Fully Programmed for your model)

DriveFPV hardware and mounting bracket(s). Custom designed and carbon fiber or exotic brackets will add cost.

Wiring (full custom hand routed, soldered, weatherproofed, and neatly managed to DriveFPV standards).

Full setup, tune, and test.

This service includes full inspection and testing of your equipment. We service the suspension, clean and lubricate driveshafts and u-joints, perform any required routine maintenance and identify any problems.
